Role Description:
The purpose of this role is to work with all IMC employees to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct desktop support issues. Daily responsibilities include implementation (limited), maintenance and support for desktops, servers, and the network where applicable. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and support in a fast paced, demanding environment.

- Desktop/Server Hardware Support and Deployment
- Operating System Support (Microsoft, Linux and Mac)
- Mobile Device Management
- Audio/Visual Technology Support
- Directory Management
- Cloud Technology Support
- Email Support
- Printer Support
- Phone Support
- Task Automation
- DNS, DHCP and IPAM Administration
- Virtualization Administration
- Storage Administration
- Assisting in House Facilities Management
- Organize and Execute Desk/Equipment Moves
- Use JIRA as ticketing system for IT support issues – resolve in timely matter
Success Factors:
- Must be a self starter, and able to work productively under minimal supervision.
- Excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems creatively and proactively
- Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Must have a desire to learn new skills and evolve
- Must be willing to get hands dirty on physical tasks such as desk moves and room setups
- Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills a must
- Knowledge of Financial Markets is an advantage, and a passion for the industry is essential
- Strong communication and relationship building skills are vital. Must be a Team Player
