How you can make a difference

• Site identification and lease process management for freestanding Village Medical Clinics
• Working with Director, Market Growth and real estate partners in a designated area to identify sites and buildings that will meet the needs of our clinic operations and growth targets
• Work with Business Development to identify de novo clinic needs based on physician recruitment
• Work closely with Clinic Design, Construction Lead, and IT to ensure enough lead time for all set-up prior to opening
• Delivering clinics on time and under budget
• Building a model that will operate nationally and at a scale

• Ability to quickly gain credibility and establish trusting relationships across multiple internal and external groups
• Ability to manage multiple markets and projects, with pace
• Holding partners accountable, even if not direct reports
• Solve the problems with hands on ability to execute, not just lead
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Ability to use data to inform decision making
• Comfort with ambiguity that will come from unique market characteristics
• Proactive desire to create efficiencies and standardization upon each market iteration

Experience to drive change

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge or ability to learn real estate acquisition process
• Project management, project planning experience
