Follow bidding process, ensuring cost levels are maintained at agreed levels; quotation for
BASES projects; monitor supplier costs & capacity, contribute to revenue allocation in the market and ensure a seamless scheduling service is provided to CS.
 

Responsabilities

• Review and recommend appropriate field suppliers and methodology based on study specifications.
  ▪ Identify agency availability
  ▪ Create & Maintain vendor catalog
  ▪ Generate standard designs for each type of study.
  ▪ Provide advice on country specific subjects (including external e-panel providers)
  ▪ Proactively seeks to challenge suppliers on cost & timings efficiency thorough comparison between vendors and countries.
  ▪ Costs tracking
  ▪ Identification of methodologies and best approach
  ▪ Monitor vendor performance regarding cost, time and quality
  ▪ Maintain country project schedule for each vendor and LOB
  ▪ Consults with Field Manager Leader on any fielding issue
  ▪ Guarantee bidding Metrics according to SLA’s
  ▪ Follow Bidding processes
  ▪ Develop reports for key subjects as savings, workload and particular requests
  ▪ Develop new vendors to guarantee capacity and increase conversion ratio by LOB
  ▪ Rebate agreements identification and development
  ▪ Seek for automation of area and Bidding tasks
  ▪ Request contracts and service level agreements with vendors and all related information to include a vendor into SAP catalog
  ▪ Best scenario analysis and comparison through different approaches
  ▪ E2E payment process’ generation and maintenance
