The Role:

The Fraud Operations Associate is a high impact role on the Customer Success team at Braviant. This person will be the subject matter expert on all fraud and operational processes including the supporting technology. You will be accountable for maintaining all fraud process documentation and delivering all training required for all new and existing products. The role includes adhering to all company policies, procedures, and practices, quickly implementing feedback, coaching, and training as provided. Required working hours will be Sunday – Thursday for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Effectively communicate analysis and strategic suggestions to stakeholders.
  • Identify, investigate, analyze and implement fraud operations improvement strategies to continually prevent fraud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation of fraud operations strategic initiatives in full compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a regular reporting process, both internal and external business unit facing, to drive fraud and other operational improvements.
  • Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all operations and supporting responsibilities autonomously.
  • Thoroughly document and train on all new processes, procedures, and strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

What makes you stand out:

  • Fraud operations experience in financial services industry. 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience.
  • SQL knowledge and experience.

Location

Our company is located in the heart of downtown with great access to public transportation (both Metra & CTA), coffee shops, and restaurants. Currently our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
