Livly is seeking a Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist to join our quickly growing Short Stay team! Livly’s Short Stay business is busy building out and managing short stay rental units across Chicago. Our Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist will spend their managing guest communications and short stay rental bookings. If you are detail oriented, love working with people, and are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience – this is the perfect role for you!

What you'll do in this role:  

  • Respond to guest inquiries and reservations, requiring heavy written communication via email and mobile apps. 
  • Manage short-term rental bookingand handle guest reviews. 
  • Travel to our properties to maintain quality control as needed. 
  • Use property management software tools to effectively manage assigned properties.  
  • Collaborate with Short Stay team and other internal teams to improve guest experience. 
  • Provide feedback and identify areas of improvement for Short Stay processes. 
  • To provide the best guest experience, this role will require work on weekends and outside of normal business hours.

What you bring to this role:   

  • 3years experience working in a customer/client facing role, preferably in hospitality 
  • Availability to work weekends and outside of normal business hours 
  • Ability to answer emergency calls outside of core working hours 
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies  
  • Experience with short-term rental platforms is a plus
