Reporting to the Regional Market Leader – Sales, the Regional Client Manager is responsible for supporting the regional go-to-market team in improving overall client satisfaction while supporting the identification of revenue growth targets. As a member of a regional team, the Regional Client Manager must assist in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans to ensure revenue retention, increase in client Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client reference-ability. The Regional Client Manager will be unwavering in their quest to ensure our current clients see TransUnion as an organization of trusted and respected advisors. Effectively documenting client communications, supporting the capture of NPS surveys and validating client references will be key responsibilities. Coordinating with support resources in a matrixed environment will be a key to success in this role. Success in the role will be measured by the achievement of revenue retention, cross sell of solution into account base, increases in NPS scores and documented/validated client references.

What You'll Bring
5+ years in healthcare account management and/or sales
Demonstrated experience in building long standing, trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, including healthcare insurance eligibility, payer connectivity and general billing requirements. Ability to quickly become a leading expert on TU Healthcare solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and convey expertise and confidence
Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred
Position requires up to 75% travel (TransUnion associates are not traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Travel requirements will be reassessed regularly by our Executive team).

Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the regional installed base including what solutions clients have in place from TransUnion and other competitive solutions
Coordinate with Regional Market Leaders to build strategic plans for achieving revenue retention within the regional installed base
Serve as the single point of contact for existing clients to ensure solutions are understood, implemented correctly and improved performance is being measured and achieved
Coordinate with healthcare support functions to remedy any client related issues associated with solution performance, training, billing, legal, etc.
Lead the completion and capture of quarterly NPS surveys by existing clients; review results and address concerns to increase overall NPS scores in the future
Capture all client communications and market insights in the CRM application; ensure other healthcare stakeholders are kept abreast of any areas of concern or opportunities for growth
Build long standing, trusted relationships with existing clients focused on expanding relationships beyond key contacts to other areas of the client organization
Work with clients to identify willingness to serve as a reference for TransUnion Healthcare; validate continued support to serve as a reference on a quarterly basis; document client validation in CRM
Support Regional Market Leaders in the identification of revenue growth opportunities based on discussions with existing clients and a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives
Ensure a deep knowledge of TransUnion’s Healthcare solutions and serve as the subject matter expert for clients; involve other sales support and subject matter experts as needed
