Legacy.com is a market leader, looking to expand our client-facing Implementation Team. As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be working collaboratively in a close, supportive environment that is receptive to new ideas. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills and good active listening skills. A high degree of competency using the Internet, Windows, MS Office, and photo editing software should also be in your repertoire. You should excel at working independently, as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

Explain and guide clients through the Implementation process in a kind and respectful manner, demonstrating knowledge of company product lines, services, and policies

Communicate with clients via email and phone during the implementation process to helping resolve issues, and provide an explanation of website features

Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to affiliate websites across all Legacy.com product lines, or escalate as appropriate

Employ critical thinking and good judgment when alternate solutions or escalation to other teams is appropriate

Work with internal teams to provide clients with the best Implementation experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in of general business experience, preferably in an online environment

Empathetic and service-oriented mindset

High degree of competency with the Internet, Windows, MS Office

Experience with Jira or equivalent software

Experience with Photoshop or equivalent software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent critical thinking skills

Excellent active listening skills

Decisiveness, sensitivity, and good judgment

Strong attention to detail
