OfficeLuv’s supply ordering technology platform is growing rapidly and we’re looking to add an Implementation Specialist to join an amazing team focused on accelerating our growth. You would be an early member of a fast-paced team that is building a one of a kind solution for businesses around the country.

The implementation role has an overarching goal of helping our new users start using OfficeLuv as quickly as possible. You will be an important bridge between sales and operations with a focus on generating revenue while creating a world-class customer experience and setting the customer up for success.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

  • Manage the customers’ onboarding experience post-sale  
  • Work with the customer to customize the OfficeLuv system to the client’s need and ensure each stakeholder is engaged in the platform
  • Demonstrate the system and train the customer on how to places orders on OfficeLuv.com
  • Create and maintain accurate, organized and complete onboarding checklists to ensure quick and thorough customer onboarding.
  • Work strategically with the operations team to create efficient and profitable order fulfillment
  • Develop onboarding processes that allow the platform to scale
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Ensure that all customer requirements and preferences are accurately documented and communicated to the Operations team
  • Become an expert in our product offering and suggest solutions based on customer needs
  • Work with external stakeholders and vendor partners on setting up new accounts according to defined standards.
  • Relay feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve our product
  • Develop and Maintain training materials for the Officeluv platform

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in a SaaS implementation or project management role
  • Ability to concurrently manage multiple customers and tasks while exercising strong time management skills
  • Client management/Consulting experience a plus
  • An empathetic approach to working with customers and peers
  • Great communication/consultancy skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent documentation
  • Comfortable presenting via video to clients
  • Data and process driven mindset with the ability to produce high-end results
  • Experience with e-commerce solutions, Salesforce, and Zendesk a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
