In this position you will:

· Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs.

· Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email.

· Process certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies.

· Cross-sell products to existing customers.

· Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Qualifications:

· At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience.

· Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

· Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
