Role Overview
The Knowledge Management Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the integration processes of current and newly acquired business units to the firm’s core knowledge repositories, team sites, Intranet environment, and related systems. The individual will support efforts for Chartis Consulting and other business units to design, build, test, and maintain SharePoint and related O365 solutions that enrich and optimize knowledge sharing, and enable enterprise connectivity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Project manage integration of KM systems across business units
- Manage day-to-day administration of KM systems
- Ensure the consistent application of enterprise taxonomy (i.e., document tagging and uploading to the knowledge base)
- Participate in testing, customizing, upgrading, maintaining and/or selecting applications that optimize end-user experiences
- Identify opportunities to make more effective use of existing KM system (e.g., search optimization, workflow management)
- Partner with project teams and other SMEs across business units to identify, capture and codify shareable knowledge
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required, degree in Information Technology, Library Sciences, or related fields in preferred
- Minimum three to five years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and proficiency in other Office365 applications (e.g., MS Office, OneDrive, Teams)
- Extensive usage of Knowledge Management functions
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and move forward amid ambiguity
- Previous experience in healthcare and / or professional services is preferred
- Remote role
