Launch Coordinator

Lisle based automotive website company is seeking an experienced, full-time, self-motivated, team oriented Launch Coordinator. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing day-to-day affairs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and resourceful
• Must be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage client relationships to ensure the highest levels
• of support and service
• Train clients on products/services in one-on-one or group settings
• The ability to learn, understand, and review website statistics and analytics
• Conduct and compile research as needed
• Establish and foster strong, long lasting client relationships
• Must be able to work collaboratively with a team as well as individually
• Miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned
