Job Description

About the position

To assist with the execution of marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.

Responsabilities

  • Ownership of high quality client deliverables
  • Accountable for supporting the region in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through high quality deliveries, managing client deliveries.
  • Accountable of their team performance, development and goals.
  • Drive capacity planning activities, to ensure work is being done efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Leads client meetings, presents study results and conducts external presentations, as appropriate
  • Manages the overall success of their client deliverables
  • Accountable for the success of assigned projects
  • Maintains client standards: deliverables, terminology, questionnaire standards, study designs, etc. and creates client playbooks
  • Resolves or seeks support for resolution of project issues to maintain timing and delivery standards
  • Client Satisfaction; works closely with Commercial team to understand clients’ business priorities and opportunities for engagement
  • Provides detailed feedback to inexperienced analysts to ensure high quality client deliverables
  • Assist with special projects to provide extra value to clients

About you

As a L&P CS Associate Manager you will help the area by managing different projects, also you will be able to help clients by understanding their needs. If you enjoy organization and managing various tasks at the same time, this is the perfect place for you! 


Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of experience working in related fields (Marketing research, Revenue managment, Consumer insights)
  • University degree in Marketing, Math, Economics or related field is a must
  • Posgrade degree in related field is desired
  • At least 1 year experience managing a team
  • Experience presenting and managing internal or external clients
  • English 100%
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Proactive & Self learning Skills
  • Perform under stress situations
