ABOUT THE ROLE:
The objective of this role is to provide manage and grow a team of Support Gurus, while maintaining a high level of client service. This role will be responsible to expedite priority cases and coordinate with the engineering team to see the issue through to resolution. Will monitor, review and provide continual improvement of the support experience through the ticketing system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of support gurus and help them grow in their careers.
  • Educate and onboard new support gurus.
  • Maintain SLAs globally and provide updates to clients in a timely and proactive manner
  • Troubleshoot platform and serve as a liaison between clients and 4C Quality Assurance Engineering Team
  • Assist clients in day to day campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Provide feedback to 4C Product and UX Design Teams 
  • Achieve goals set by VP of Client Engagement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or quantitative fields
  • Experience with Salesforce and Github a must.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Be action and results oriented, have a solution-focused mindset
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to form deep relationships with clients.
  • Experience with social marketing a plus.
  • Experience in a ticketed support system a requirement
