RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Manager, you will help to define EPAM's go to market value proposition within the CPG space. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings
  • Lead EPAM strategic engagements in problem framing solution mapping
  • Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategic focused workstreams
  • Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements, map business processes, conduct analysis, creating business case, evaluate and present solutions
  • Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts
  • Lead business development and demand generation activities
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities


REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting or Consumer goods industry setting with demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable
  • Experienced consultant in one or more of the following: commercial strategy, commercial planning, trade promotions management, deductions management, revenue growth management, route-to-market knowledge, retail execution, channel strategy, joint business planning and category management
  • Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client's business
  • Good understanding of analytics uses cases in CPG
  • Willingness to help contribute to building a CPG practice
  • Must be comfortable working in a start-up like environment
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
