Neuro-at-home Panel Support Manager

About the job
As a Panel Support Manager for the neuro-at-home panel, you will manage a support team and will work closely with science and engineering teams to train at-home panelists to use electroencephalography (EEG), biometric, and eye-tracking equipment, troubleshoot signal quality, and respond to panelist questions and issues. You will oversee other panel support team members, develop and organize initial participant training, conduct ongoing data quality audits, and develop training regiments for newly implemented technology and methodology. This role requires US- and UK-compatible work hours to cover potential panel questions across all relevant time zones (shared with other support personnel). Remote work from home or a hybrid work arrangement are possible.
Responsibilities
Manage support specialists.
Develop training materials for existing and planned methodologies.
Assess data quality and troubleshoot EEG, biometric, and eye-tracking equipment.
Conduct virtual training sessions with participants in the US or UK.
Proactively reach out to neuroscience and engineering teams if systematic issues are observed.
Work closely with the technical support team to troubleshoot software and hardware issues that may impact data quality.
Compile, classify, and analyze common issues across participants for regular reporting.

You are self-motivated and organized – attention to details is a must in this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in neuroscience, biology, or psychology
2+ years of management experience
Strong technical skills
Project management experience
Fluency in English, including technical terminology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience with EEG, biometric, or eye-tracking equipment is preferred but not required
