Office Administrator

ReviewTrackers is currently looking to add an Office Administrator to the team! We are looking for someone who will be able to ensure that there is a proper flow for all office procedures while supporting the office executives by carrying out common office duties. You will help maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
How you will make an impact:
- Arrange meetings for visiting clients and the Leadership team by scheduling appropriate meeting times and booking rooms.
- Assist with travel arrangements for office staff and managers.
- Communicate and manage birthday and anniversary announcements for the ReviewTrackers team.
- You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Talent & Culture Lead to help implement events, Lunch n’ Learns, outings, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Plan and oversee disaster and emergency procedures.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to the proper recipient.
- You will ensure the office stays organized and clean. You will also make sure that the kitchen is stocked with filled with delicious snacks, drinks, and supplies.
What you bring with you:
- You have excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills.
- You are professional, responsible, dedicated, dependable and have a warm demeanor.
- You are a self-starter! Be confident in who you are and act on your ideas.
- You have prior Office Assistant or Administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment
- You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- You have the ability to multitask and the ‘can-do’ problem-solving skills
- A fun attitude!
