PHMG’s is recruiting for a friendly, welcoming and professional individual to take the position of Office Coordinator. With our hyper-growth expansion and the additional of a 3rd sales floor this individual will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth coordination of our operation within the office. This person will work will report directly to the Office Manager to ensure all daily tasks are completed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with Office Manager to ensure all operations are running smoothly
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office spaces throughout the day, including kitchens, sales floors and meeting rooms
- Managing mail carrier services and reception meet and greet
- Support recruitment and marketing teams in daily operations as well as incentive party planning
- Liaising with building management
- Complete Ad Hoc task when requested such as: running errands, administrative tasks, inventory, ordering supplies, stocking snacks and beverages etc.
What we look for:
- High school diploma required
- One-year experience in an office or hotel setting
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Enjoys maintaining an orderly work place
- Comfortable with ad-hoc task
