The goal of our Operations Coordinator is to ensure multiple pipelines are clear to keep our office running smoothly day-to-day. More responsibility will come with company growth.

Duties include:

• General customer service

• Order processing

• Fraud prevention

• Billing

• Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Onboarding New Hires

• Training

• Planning company outings and events

• Take on a variety of general tasks without prompting

• Additional duties as assigned

Ideal candidates:

• Have earned a Bachelor's degree

• Have previous office or admin experience

• Write well

• Are well-spoken

• Have B2B relations experience

• Thrive in a self-directed environment

• Anticipate and prevent issues quickly as they arise

• Are organized

• Are detail-oriented, but don’t lose sight of the big picture

• Are able to work in a fast-paced environment with stakes in many moving parts
