Role Description

The Operations Partner is a key contributor to the Center Operations teams and driver of best practices across clinics. They will champion the organization's mission to re-engineer primary care by supporting the implementation and enrichment of standardized processes and workflows that allow for the highest quality of care to be delivered to our patients. Success requires high ability to collaborate, bring teams together, problem solve, manage projects, and be flexible. This role works closely with the Quality Nurse in the market and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource of the Care Model, including key clinical and service team positions, workflows, and goals
  • Contribute to our operations playbook to promote consistency in training and operations across our sites
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time for weeks at a time
  • Support the maintenance, development, and distribution of standard operational procedures
  • Promote process adherence by offering training and workflow guidance on existing and new initiatives
  • Audit existing workflows across multiple clinics within a region to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as a service and clinical team cohort advocate in the development and refinement of care team tools

Support Process Improvement efforts:

  • Support in-house process improvement efforts to enhance the quality of our programs and care model by diagnosing gaps and inefficiencies and recommending solutions
  • Lead teams through process mapping and other improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with colleagues across clinics and markets to identify and share best practices

Support new clinic expansion:

  • Support opening new clinics within the market through preparatory efforts, facility set-up, and care team training
  • Provide ongoing on-site support through 30/60/90 day operational excellence audits

What we're looking for;

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Strong collaboration, team building and problem solving skills
  • Proven project management skills, with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Solid group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • US work authorization
