Here is a look at the type of work you'll do:

  • Using LucidChart, complete a high-level business process map of internal functions that support Customer Experience, and optimize 1+ processes for CX, including training and implementation for the team.
  • Create SOP’s for all Customer Experience actionable functions.
  • Work with stakeholders and frontline workers to understand pain points and priorities in each functional area and create a roadmap. to process map and optimize each area, including critical paths and prioritization methodology.
  • Identify and design new solutions with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability and how these solutions affect KPI’s.
  • Automate processes using automation tools like Zapier.
  • Create an organizational strategy for digital assets and implement including change management for SG.

Your mission:

Owning business process documentation and implementing improvements through tested strategies and technologies, ultimately making Givers jobs easier.

Our mission:

Create impact on every purchase. 

We do this by enabling our retail partners to fund a donation to any charity of their customer's choice. Mostly on Shopify but also on Salesforce Cloud Commerce, Big Commerce, etc.

What you bring to the team:

  • Functional or expert level process mapping
  • Experience creating training in a professional workplace
  • Admin function for general business tools eg, create new user accounts
  • Project management mindset including milestones and clearly defined completion (certified preferred)
  • Technical mindset. Bias towards technology solutions
  • Ability to read technical implementation documents for tools and explain (eg, spreadsheet formula and functions., Airtable, Zapier, IFTTT)
  • GSuite Administration (including Google File Stream / Drive)
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (highly proficient / certified)
  • Experience with Lucidchart (or similar) is a super bonus
  • Experience using Google Slides (or similar)
  • Experience using project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Change management is a bonus
