Operations Strategy Associate

The Role:
Braviant is looking for an Operations Strategy Associate to join our team in Chicago. The best Operations Strategy Associates are self-starters, highly analytical, data-driven and crave process adherence. Most importantly, this individual is committed to improving our operation and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. You should be able to transition between data analytics, daily operations and technology with ease.
In your role as an Associate, one of your primary responsibilities will be developing, documenting and auditing operations processes. You will also identify and improve contact center efficiency by testing new strategies or improving upon existing efforts.
This role will work closely with Product, Legal/Compliance, Operations Support and key operations vendors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Manage technology initiatives to optimize performance, both operational and strategic, end to end
- Design, implement, and maintain contact center improvement strategies to continually improve results through content, timing, and user experience of outreach
Reporting
- Develop and maintain regular reporting process, both internal and external business unit facing, to drive operational improvements
- Thoroughly document and train on all new processes, procedures, and strategies
General
- Effectively communicate analysis and strategic suggestions to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation of contact center strategic initiatives in full compliance with all regulations
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or Science required
- 2+ years experience with process improvement, consulting, strategy, manufacturing or related experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Basic computer programming skills required, SQL a plus
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to present findings and recommendations to senior management
