The Role

We are seeking an approachable Patient & Community Outreach Coordinator who will have experience preferably in the healthcare marketing and outreach industry. This individual must be a self-starter, goal oriented and able to show compassion to all of our patients.

Requirements

• Lead, drive new patient seminars.
• New patient outreach.
• Patient application assistance.
• Physician education.
• Referral follow up.
• Strategic marketing campaigns.
• Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty.
• Develop knowledge of various strains and their effect on debilitating medical conditions.
• Accountable for monthly goal.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and strong work ethic.
• Exceptional patient service skills; experience in health care related field a plus.
• Desire to learn about products to assist patients.
• Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality.
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekend.
