Responsibilities:

• Full cycle management of the post-closing quality control department inclusive of both Compliance and Credit audits.
• Interview, selection, on boarding and training of new post-closing auditors.
• Review and report on quality control inclusive of error trending and analysis. Work with business unit lenders to develop action plans as applicable.
• Evaluate existing policies, procedures and Quality Control plan on at least an annual basis or as guidelines change. Revise as applicable.

Requirements:

• Extensive underwriting and/or quality control experience including at least 3 years in a management position.
• Experience with all loan types and underwriting guidelines including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo.
• Ability to read, understand and apply complex underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with executive management in a professional manner.
• Certifications including DE preferred.
• Experiences with ACES quality control software preferred.
