Property Manager

This is an internal full-time position, not a contract hire.

As the Property Manager, you will be the heading the organization and management of Mavrek’s rental department. 

A [typical] day in the life of our Property Manager may include:

• Joining a training session for the latest property management software.
• Coordinating necessary vendors and subcontractors to replace a leaky shower faucet for a tenant.
• Establishing the vendor contracts for a new rental property.
• Hosting a property open house for prospective tenants and reviewing leasing applications.
• Scheduling subcontractors for a parking lot repair and notifying building tenants of the scheduled work.
• Establishing a marketing plan for a building in the finish phase of construction.
• Onboarding new management software system.
• Attending community meetings to gain feedback for upcoming rental development sites.
• Executing leases and serving all official notices to tenants.
