Job Description
The Retirement Liaison is an expert on the Retirement process for a bswift client. They are focused on engaging with employees who are considering retirement and are looking for guidance and answers to questions they might have related to the retiree process or to managing their retiree benefits and company provide plans.

You will:
•Develop our relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings goals for existing customers in assigned business segments, products and geographies.
•Develop a mutually rewarding working relationship with multiple client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
•Provide high-level guidance related to pension and 401(k) benefits, and other related rules and benefits for those considering retirement (i.e. vacationing out and CIP (client specific) rules).
•Work with client and bswift service team to maintain documentation and training to help educate the broader service center team
•Provide counseling on retirement options and benefits
•Set and follow up on retirement counseling appointments
•Engage with active employees and retirees to answer questions, solve issues, and provide guidance, timing, and requirements around Health and Welfare benefits related to the retirement process.
•Provide second-tier support for retiree cases and triage to resolution
•Offer creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs.
•Monitor on an ongoing basis client's services to ensure our client's needs are met.
•Build tactical components of the account team's business plan for each customer.
•Work with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure our client's needs.
•Collaborate to implement the customer's service efficiencies, including performance guarantees.
•Work with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation.

Required Qualifications
•A Bachelor's Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3+ Years of direct client and/or analyst experience
•Solid Technical background
•You are proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality
•Can quickly sort through complex subject material
•You have a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching results

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with benefits administration/open enrollment process

Education
•A Bachelor's Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
