Redstone's growing MBS partner network includes institutional and retail investors, forward flow partners, brokerages, and mortgage lenders.

In pursuit of that mission, Redstone is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Sales team in Chicago. The individual will play a critical role in impacting the growth of the organization. This role will help in delivering unparalleled customer service to our clients, whilst maintaining our Concierge-Level service reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service. This role will suit an individual who loves to build client relations, optimize internal systems, and deliver exceptional customer service. We are looking for a hands-on candidate who takes ownership and seeks new opportunities.

What you’ll do at Redstone:

  • Provide consultative customer service; help to determine customer goals, and business needs, while utilizing product and industry knowledge to provide solutions
  • Assist in the optimization of Redstone's CRM system and serve as the point of contact for any questions regarding it
  • Help design and drive marketing campaigns for the sales department
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email or on the phone
  • Serve as a key onboarding contact for new clients at Redstone
  • Collaborate with people from different backgrounds and at different levels within the company
  • Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards

Why you are a fit at Redstone:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
  • Experience supporting virtualized systems is a plus
  • Must be willing to learn new platform systems to troubleshoot operational issues across the organization’s user base
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Basic understanding of technology systems
  • Strong customer service skills
