How you will make an impact:

• Work with leadership to identify KPIs and translate them into actionable goals with supporting activities
• Create customized dashboards and reports in response to business needs
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance
• Map, document and continually improve the sales process and supporting processes
• Implement and enforce processes to maintain the integrity of Salesforce.com data YOU HAVE:
• 2+ years of operational experience within Salesforce.com
• Salesforce administrator certification preferred
• Strong understanding of data management and business work flows
• Skillful in data manipulation and cleansing
• Strategic thinker and the ability to interpret opportunities for improvement from data/reports to team actions
• And potentially most important, resourcefulness and a get shit done attitude. We are looking for someone who wants to make a significant contribution and can do so without significant hand holding.
