About the Role
G2 is looking for a communicative, driven, and personable individual, experienced in customer service and success to join our Research team as a Senior Customer Success Specialist.
This role will develop a robust understanding of G2’s data and how it can be used to drive business insights. They will take the unique questions and business problems of our customers and work with the rest of the research team to uncover valuable insights.
- Act as the front line of communication for customers
- Kickoff and onboard new customers
- Facilitate and kickoff various projects and initiatives within the Research product offering
- Ensure engagement and success for customers
- Independent, driven worker
- Strong external communication and customer service skills
- A knack for collaboration and eagerness to meet and work with multiple teams, strong abilities in cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Ability and eagerness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with data and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year experience in a customer service or customer success role
