Who we are

At Trunk Club, we’re building the future of retail, enabled through a personalized styling experience. You’ll be on the front line, providing support to our Service Associates who are directly supporting our customers and stylists.You’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer service, solving problems for our members and supporting our team in day to day account management. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our unique company culture, improve our level of service, and create innovative new capabilities for Trunk Club.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of full-time and part-time Service Associates by providing daily direction and collaboration
  • Providing daily direction and communication to employees so that our member service emails and phone calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
  • Partner with Service Team Leads to manage daily activities, interview and hire new associates, and establish a team structure
  • Providing continual evaluation of processes and procedures
  • Responding to and resolving employee relations issues expressed by team members.
  • Creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level
  • Takes and handles any member complaints; solves their complaints or assigns tasks to other functions

What your background may look like

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in customer service (call center environment a plus)
  • Have lead a team of 10+ people
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have intermediate technical skills
  • Tech savvy with experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience working in a chaotic environment and working well under pressure
  • Experience solving complex customer problems
  • A track record of having a positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to change
