The Solution Consultant supports the implementation manager on Eved implementations and is responsible for successful adoption of the Eved solution. The solution consultant is a client-facing role that also works closely with internal product managers, engineers, merchant service specialists, and sales team members.  The solution consultant has significant experience in enterprise-level business projects, process documentation, software implementation, and client services.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate as a member of the Eved implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and system needs
• Document client processes and gather client requirements related to Eved configurations
• Configure Eved solution per client requirements
• Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
• Create and provide training to clients
• Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
• Work with team to refine Eved implementation processes, tools, and best practices
• Work with sales team to support the sales process, as needed, and support the transition from sales to implementation

Minimum qualifications required for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of implementation experience
• 2-4 years of general consulting experience including business analysis and process mapping
