Position Overview
This is a new role for Paro, the Senior QA Analyst will have the opportunity to have considerable input in the shaping of the day to day operations of this role and how it integrates into the overall team. the Senior QA Analyst is primarily responsible for validating and verifying the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle. He or she will be very detailed oriented and collaborate with Production, Development and Account teams throughout the development process to ensure high quality deliverables. The Senior QA Analyst will be conducting software compatibility tests with web sites, email campaigns, and mobile phones and devices.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years quality assurance testing experience preferred.
Expertise in a defect tracking system of choice.
Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced development environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
Develop Quality Assurance documentation including test objectives and test cases.
Conducts manual configuration testing of websites, mobile applications, and emails.
Investigates potential issues found in the system under test and creates defects using a defect tracking system.
Provides detailed reports of test results and defects encountered.
