Your impact.
- Manage strategy and execution for HealthJoy’s newest strategic growth opportunity focused on TPA operations
- Identifying long term operational strategy for optimal scalability, growth and profitability leading to industry altering capabilities in the TPA space
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create, enhance and operationalize efforts that support the post-sale needs of TPA clients
- Own the project management and cross-functional communication for groups using the TPA product
- Use data and analytics to develop client reporting requirements and an understanding of current and future business priorities
Your experience.
- 7+ years of experience in (SaaS operations, Benefits Administration, Customer Success and/or Implementation strongly preferred)
- A proven track record refining complex processes that deliver exceptional results to our end users and clients
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build relationships of empathy, trust, and respect with other team members, stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Grit. There isn’t a playbook for this position. We need someone who can come in, learn the lay of the land, and create a plan - and then constantly reassess and evolve as our rapidly growing business does, too
- Must have experience and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with a rapid learning curve; modifying approach to process and communication
- Strong project management and communication skills are a must
- Analytical mindset to interpret claims data and prioritize opportunities
- Healthcare/benefits knowledge would be a plus to have
