Strategy and Business Operations Lead
We are adding a Strategy and Business Operations Lead to our Transactions team!
At Snapsheet, when our clients have a problem we build a solution. We are looking for a Strategy and Business Operations Lead to grow one of our newest solutions - Snapsheet Transactions. As the Strategy and Business Operations Lead you will help us navigate this new territory building out our processes and go-to-market strategy for Snapsheet Transactions. From Customer strategy, operation planning, product feature requests and requirements, to training clients and customer onboarding plans - you will be involved with it all. With a full understanding of the Transactions product, you juggle multiple important assignments to ensure its success.
Collaborating heavily with our executive team, as well as Innovation, Tech, Sales, and L&D, you ensure the product grows successfully. Additionally, you oversee the product revenue for assigned accounts and recommend go-forward growth strategies. You continuously conduct market research to improve our current process while actively searching for new opportunities. As a Strategy and Business Operations Lead you are a leader in the space, a creator, a developer, and an innovator.

Day-in-the-life
- Driving force bringing the new SaaS product to market and creating a new business line
- Develop go-to-market analysis and plans for product features and customer segmentation prioritization
- Drive new business process workflow developments to support product features and customer requirements
- Conduct market research of customer segmentation, market size, and potential opportunities
- Create additional product collateral to support sales, user training, and industry education
- Lead consultation for carrier customer onboarding of new insurance carriers and additional business lines within existing carrier
- Work cross-functionally with tech, sales, account management, strategy, marketing, and 3rd party financial institution partner on all aspects of product rollout
- Travel to client locations when necessary (about 20%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-7 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Self-motivated problem solver with a passion for improving business processes
- Experience creating onboarding plans which include workflows and product releases
- Capability to perform data analysis to drive product and operations strategy
- Experience in payments and insurance is a plus
- Consulting background is a plus
