As a Support Engineer, you will work closely with developers and product management to triage issues and product requests as well as help grow our monitoring and alerting efforts. Additionally the individual will have the opportunity to work on features and bug fixes with our development teams (depending on how the employee will want to grow their career).

How you will make an impact:

• Find and diagnose problems
• Enhance our monitoring and alerting systems
• Work closely with developers and participate in code reviews.
• Build expert understanding in the technologies, product and processes driving ReviewTrackers.

What you will bring to the table:

• Minimum Qualifications: 
• The ability to triage product requests and bug reports to the appropriate parties
• Experience working with a Linux/Unix command line
• Ruby, JavaScript and/or Python experience
• Interest and ability to learn about DevOps and Product Software Development
• Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience with Node, React, and Redux 
• Experience with Datadog, New Relic and/or other monitoring tools
• Familiarity with testing SaaS applications including unit testing
• Experience working with Heroku and AWS
• Experience building and configuring containerized applications i.e. Docker

• Helping all teams write good tests and maintaining the test code bases.
