RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary technical support contact for the Support team and for Bento's customers and partners
- Solve complex technical issues by working closely Support and Engineering to gather information, troubleshoot and identify root cause, and provide timely resolution
- Become an expert in Bento's product offering and platform capabilities
- Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering and QA teams to advance the product and platform
- Develop tools, processes, and documentation to automate and scale our ability to service our customers
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with modern web application technology stack
- Experience troubleshooting HTTP/API calls
- Experience working with SQL/relational databases and APIs
- Strong communication skills that allow you to effectively communicate with Support, Engineering, customers, and partners
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a willingness and ability to dive in, be persistent, and make a difference
- Experience building support and automation tools
- Experience supporting an API product for external developers is a plus
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience
