Job Description

Domu is seeking a highly organized problem-solver to join our team as Website Operations Manager.  This person will play an integral role in managing the company’s day-to-day operations.

The Website Operations Manager will engage in website administration with an eye towards identifying problems and troubleshooting solutions.  The Manager will also serve as the first point of contact to Domu’s landlord clients, who often call seeking website support and general information about listing apartments for rent in Chicago.  This person will be involved in Domu’s marketing, sales, and website content and technical support functions.

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Operations, the Manager will focus on the following responsibilities, among others:

  • Monitor Domu’s Website Functionality. Perform quality assurance checks. Analyze website traffic and run reports. Communicate website performance metrics to the team. Supervise website development team in their ongoing website maintenance and development work. 
  • Customer support.  Verify new listings. Answer phone and email inquiries from landlords and renters and coordinate responses as necessary.
  • Operations support.  Manage workstreams for various outside contractors as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Sales support.  Create invoices and commission reports. Run client traffic reports. Contact clients to learn how to best present their buildings to potential renters. Coordinate purchasing and delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Website Content Operations.   
  • Office Management.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree.

Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google Analytics and Google Console.

Extremely organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible. 

High level of professionalism in interactions with customers and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a self-starter and enjoy working independently within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits Offered

Salary commensurate with experience. Health and Dental Insurance Premium paid by Domu and paid time off.
