Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Associate and embark on an exciting journey to transform HR processes and solutions. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. This is a hybrid position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.
- Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.
- Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.
- Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.
- Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the public sector is highly desired.
• Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred.
