Job Description

Position: Oracle EBS HCM Functional SME
Location: Chicago IL
Duration: 6 months

Work on a team of Oracle eBusiness Suites (EBS) technical and functional analysts to support and evolve the client Oracle EBS environments


Required Skills:-
Must have experience as a Functional expert implementing and supporting Oracle HCM and Payroll related modules:
o HR (full, not shared)
o Payroll
o HR Self Service (ESS, MSS)
Must have a good understanding, if not expertise, in the following:
o Advanced Benefits
o iRecruitment
o Learning Management
Formal EBS application support experience
Must have a strong customer service orientation
Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience supporting test issue resolution
Experience participating in the requirements process with the user community on UAT (user acceptance testing) definition and developing detailed documentation to facilitate transition from ST to UAT.
