Job Summary:
The Oracle Fusion HCM Program Manager leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, overseeing the HRIS roadmap, organizational data, system configuration, security, and continuous improvement. This role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, optimize business processes, deliver workforce reporting and analytics, resolve complex HRIS issues, and drive system adoption through functional leadership and training. Initially an individual contributor, the position provides strategic leadership with the opportunity to expand into people management as the function evolves.
Essential Functions:
- Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on business requirements.
- Manages mass imports into HRIS system
- Manages system configuration
- Develops and maintains security roles and access for all HRIS systems
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met.
- Coordinates and responds to annual Internal security Audits
- Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Manages and helps maintain custom tables for all interfaces
- Ensures accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all HRIS processes.
- Develops user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Trains staff and new system users on new processes/functionality.
- Collaborates with other HRIS users (Payroll, Accounting, etc.) to ensure integrity of the HRIS.
- Advises management on organizational policy matters related to the HRIS.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 2-4 years technical experience in HRIS, HR, and/or Payroll required
Preferences:
- Demonstrated experience serving as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM, including system configuration, organizational structures (Business Units, Legislative Data Groups, Jobs, Positions), security, workforce data governance, reporting, and continuous system optimization highly preferred
- Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud can also be considered in lieu of Oracle Fusion
- 1-2 years Extensive SQL experience strongly highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of project management
- Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
- Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
- High level of attention to detail
