Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM techno-functional consultant to join our team. The candidate should have extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Suite and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.

You won’t just be building - you’ll be collaborating with business and technical teams to design scalable Oracle HCM solutions across multiple functional areas. If you thrive in roles that balance clean architecture with hands-on technical execution, this is your lane.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

• Understand and guide users on different HCM modules and reporting tools.

• Work with the users to gather requirements, understand and explain gaps and provide system solutions while keeping best practices in mind.

• Understand and be able to support migration, conversion and configurations.

• Manage relationships with client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications.

• Mentor and coach junior team members and foster continuous learning and improvement.

• Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

• Conceptual and system knowledge of various HCM modules including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and Talent.

• Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Certifications:

• OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on Oracle HCM managed and/or professional services solutions
