Order to Cash Technical Business Analyst

Schaumburg, IL/Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a skilled Order to Cash Technical Business Analyst with 5 years of SAP experience and a strong understanding of commodities trading and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless SAP OTC (Order to Cash) implementation, configuration, optimization, and support.

Details about what you will be doing:

  • Analyze, design, configure and optimize SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP OTC solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and integration with other modules.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Support commodity trading operations, business to business process, and base OTC, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and process improvements.
  • Assist in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and testing

What you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and integration with MM, FI, and other relevant modules.
  • Experience in consumer goods, B2B, commodities trading, pricing.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Incorta data platform are pluses.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of EDI, APIs, and automation tools.

Primary Location:  Schaumburg IL/Hybrid three days a week in-office

Travel Required – 10%

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $114,272.80 - $142,841.00 and is bonus eligible.

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
