Join a team focused on shaping the future of the Client Onboarding & Service organization. In this highly visible role, you will help define strategic priorities, assess complex business challenges, and drive initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, and operating model evolution. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop recommendations, build business cases, and deliver meaningful change. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of a global organization while helping translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

As an Organizational Strategy Lead within the Client Onboarding & Service team, you will support the development and execution of the organization's strategic agenda. You will partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, conduct organizational and operational analyses, develop recommendations, and manage the execution of transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic problem solving, program management, executive communication, and organizational effectiveness expertise to help drive sustainable business outcomes and support the future evolution of the organization.

Job responsibilities  

  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, utilizing advanced data analytics to identify operational inefficiencies, providing impactful recommendations, and coaching to client teams as they implement recommendations. 
  • Utilize storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex process improvement strategies and changes to diverse stakeholders, influencing decision-making and fostering understanding. 
  • Leverage proficiency in artificial intelligence foundations to guide the integration of AI systems in process improvement initiatives, ensuring they generate accurate and contextually appropriate outputs. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end change management process, from strategic communications to lasting stakeholder impact mitigation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  
  • Build deep, trust-based advisory relationships with key client stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the engagement. 
  • Lead one or more client projects, including managing multiple associates / analysts across several workstreams and developing team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentor. 
  • Collaborate with your team to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of industry experience in program management and change management within a large-scale organization, focusing on transformation initiatives (for Singapore: must have 10 years’ experience)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel for program analytics
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience applying analytical tools to develop solutions
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships with all levels of management across diverse functions and locations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent oral and written executive-level communication and presentation skills

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement process improvement opportunities across departments. 
  • Drive innovation by developing and applying creative solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Utilize systems thinking to analyze complex processes and identify areas for optimization and integration. 
  • Use agile methodologies to iteratively develop and refine process improvements, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to change. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows, including experience evaluating, implementing, or governing AI-driven solutions to achieve scalable process improvements and strategic objectives.
