Who you'll supportOur Sparkd Reps team connects leading building product manufacturers with the dealers, distributors, builders, and partners who drive growth. Representing innovative products across the exterior building products industry—including doors, windows, siding, and specialty building solutions—our team helps manufacturers increase brand visibility, generate product interest, and build lasting customer relationships. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in that mission by introducing prospective customers to our manufacturers' product lines, generating qualified sample requests, and creating opportunities that help our clients grow their business.
What You'll Do- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Introduce our product line and identify potential interest.
- Generate qualified product sample requests.
- Build rapport and professionally overcome objections.
- Accurately document call activity and outcomes in our CRM.
- Meet daily activity and performance expectations.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and confidently move on to the next call.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience using Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and calling platforms.
- Strong ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
- Motivated to meet and exceed goals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client and business needs.
- Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, business development, appointment setting, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Consistently completing 100+ outbound dials each day.
- Generating qualified product sample requests.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Contributing to team goals through consistent activity and results.

- You must be logged in and available during your scheduled work hours. Active participation in team and customer meetings is expected and may be conducted via Microsoft Teams video or phone.
