JOB TITLE:  Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be responsible for growing sales to existing customers, maintaining strong relationships with all customers, and developing new relationships that lead to new business while working closely with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) assigned to their territory.  The OSR will work in the field with prospects and customers to sell our products and grow sales. You will work with your manager to determine how to work your territory, which customers to visit at high or low frequencies and make use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and NetSuite to plan your travel and track your customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

COMPENSATION

  • $60,000 Total Range ($60,000 Base + $30,000 Target Commission)

               Average performers in this role are earning $35,000 in commissions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar or related position
  • Excellent customer service track record
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, preferred
  • Understanding of E-commerce
  • Excellent ability/knowledge of the ERP system
  • MS Office; Word, Outlook, Teams
