    Job Description

    For over 30 years, MAC Metal Architectural has been delivering premium steel roofing and siding solutions designed and manufactured in Canada. Known for innovation and distinctive finishes, our products bring both performance and architectural appeal to residential and commercial projects. MAC Metal Archiectural is part of Cornerstone Building Brands. 

    We are expanding our presence in the IL market and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help grow the brand and build lasting partnerships across the region.

    In this role, you will be responsible for growing market share, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue across your territory. You’ll work closely with builders, architects, and dealer partners while identifying new opportunities to expand distribution.

    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on products, installation and construction standards, customer needs and services, as well as an understanding of local competitive products.
    • Identify and initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts, prospects, and industry associations to identify and develop programs, projects and opportunities that have potential to generate revenues.
    • Prepare and present sales presentations, physical displays, and demonstrations for the application of MAC Metal Architectural products.
    • Participate in internal and external events, such as trade shows or industry association meetings that promote MAC Metal Architectural in the Mid-Atlantic market.

    Qualifications

    We’re looking for someone who can balance relationship management with proactive business development a true territory builder who can both maintain and grow.

    • 5+ years of sales experience within the building materials or construction industry
    • Experience working with architectural or exterior building products preferred
    • Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage a territory independently and drive results
    • Self-starter with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
    • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders (dealers, contractors, architects)

    Additional Requirements

    • Must reside within the North-East
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
    • Valid U.S. passport

Full-time* team members receive pay between $80,000 - $90,000 annually + commission potential and medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1. Other benefits include PTO, paid holidays, FSA, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401k, EAP, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, and professional development.

    *Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
