Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute a territory growth strategy
  • Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts
  • Drive demand through our dealer network
  • Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events
  • Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
  • Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers
