Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Lead within Accounting Operations, this role is critical to ensuring that Coupa is fully optimized for operational efficiency and a seamless supplier experience. You will drive continuous improvements in enablement processes that directly impact Chewy's indirect procurement success. Success in this role will require a strong commitment to Chewy's Operating Principles-putting the customer first, delivering results, earning trust, operating at depth, and accelerating time as you work to streamline procurement systems and elevate the supplier and stakeholder experience.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the escalation point for the Indirect Procurement Support Desk, managing supplier enablement and Coupa system support inquiries
- Manage Coupa Supplier Portal setup and XML/cXML integration testing
- Coordinate and implement hosted and punchout catalog setups in Coupa
- Review configuration requests and evaluate Coupa feature enhancement releases to determine applicability and impact on the current system
- Monitor supplier Coupa system usage and report insights to the P2P Manager III
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to enhance Coupa capabilities
- Provide guidance to support desk team members, ensuring timely resolution of escalations from vendors and end users
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
- Manage multiple concurrent projects related to supplier enablement, and support operations
What You'll Need:
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement operations, supplier enablement, or system support
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems), or equivalent experience in a related role. MBA or certifications (e.g., P2P, PMP) preferred.
- Strong strategic leadership skills
- Proven ability to optimize procurement processes, especially within Coupa
- Experience managing hosted and punchout catalog setups and updates
- Familiarity with XML/cXML integrations and supplier onboarding workflows
- Experience in evaluating enhancement releases and testing system functionality to support those enhancements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into operational improvements
- Working knowledge of Oracle and other procurement-related technologies
- Experience managing escalations and coordinating across cross-functional teams
