We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to advise on and occasionally manage paid ads. The focus is growing audiences among Persian-Americans and U.S. film/cinephile communities.
This is a part-time freelance opportunity ideal for someone with experience with Instagram Reels, creator brands, audience building, and entertainment marketing.
Responsibilities- Shape the paid Meta (Instagram/Facebook) strategy for an established creator brand and a growing film studio.
- Advise on targeting, budgets, and creative with a focus on Reels and short-form video.
- Occasionally launch and manage campaigns promoting films, trailers, and releases.
- Report on audience growth and engagement and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- Senior experience running paid Instagram / Meta campaigns for creators or entertainment brands.
- Track record growing engaged creator accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. film industry.
- Hands-on with Instagram Reels and audience building (lookalikes, retargeting).
- Experience marketing to Persian-American or U.S. film/cinephile communities is a plus.
