Our client is an international fashion e-commerce company operating multiple online stores across the US, UK, and Europe. They are scaling paid acquisition and need reliable evening coverage to support customers in European hours. The owner is currently bottlenecked by operations and losing potential sales due to missed live chat inquiries overnight.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to aggressively improve paid advertising outcomes (Google Ads and Meta Ads) so the business can consistently drive qualified traffic and sales, and then convert that traffic by covering key live chat hours. The client is currently losing 350–400 prospects per month because they cannot respond to chats during European hours; the first priority is to improve ad performance, then ensure prospects are supported in real time. The specialist must work independently during the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST window (with Thursday–Sunday availability) to deliver measurable results.
