Paid Search & Paid Media Manager part timePosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search & Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms.

This role is responsible for driving measurable results through paid media, including lead generation, cost-per-lead improvement, conversion growth, and overall campaign profitability. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on inside advertising platforms, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts and significant advertising budgets.

Experience working with law firms, professional services, or other lead-generation businesses is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing.
  • Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategy based on client goals, markets, competition, and budgets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor research, and campaign planning.
  • Build and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads at an efficient cost.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, audiences, placements, and conversion performance.
  • Create and test ad copy, creative concepts, landing pages, offers, and calls to action.
  • Continuously improve CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and implement corrective strategies.
  • Manage conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking tools.
  • Review lead quality, not simply lead volume, and optimize campaigns based on actual business outcomes.
  • Prepare clear performance reporting and communicate recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay current on changes to Google, Meta, AI-driven advertising, attribution, privacy, and paid media best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, social media, web development, and account management teams.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage lead-generation campaigns and improve cost per acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, negative keywords, audiences, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and budget management.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for developing effective advertising copy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger marketing team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing advertising for law firms or other highly competitive local-service businesses.
  • Experience with Google Local Services Ads.
  • Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
  • Experience with landing-page and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, CRM systems, and lead attribution.
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve campaign research, ad development, analysis, and optimization.
What Success Looks Like

The Paid Search & Paid Media Manager will be evaluated based on the ability to:

  • Generate qualified leads consistently.
  • Reduce cost per qualified lead and acquisition.
  • Improve campaign conversion rates.
  • Effectively manage and allocate client advertising budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate conversion and attribution tracking.
  • Clearly explain campaign performance and recommended strategy.
  • Produce measurable business results rather than focusing solely on clicks, impressions, or traffic
